Are engineers sorcerers?

I am an engineer and iv been thinking, are we sorcerers. with thermodynamics we can take a fire and turn it into a refrigeration unit. we control and manipulate the forces of nature to our will and with the proper tools. and if that is true are collages of engineering schools of witchcraft and wizardry. also dosent the bible say that they should stone anyone who calls themselves a sorcerer.

The engineer who designed the tree valve for underwater oil extraction was no sorcerer. Any floating oil rig could collapse, like the BP one. There should have been a diverted and valved line below the tree valve that would not be effected by a surface rig collapse. The engineers in WW one and WW two were real sorcerers. The ones today are wanna be Harry Potters.

Perhaps you're thinking a bit to indepth,

Instead, puzzle out Megneto-Hydro Dynamics ^^ I've spent years on that subject and free energy seems an amazing thought, no?

Don't engineers have to take some sort of communications course, or English in "collage"?

OK, sure - but there are still many levels to the order.
