how to open a debate introduction?

so, i have a debate speech thing, and the topic is ''should organ donation be enforced in australia?" and i'm against it ( negative side) so i need to introduce the topic also with an argument, which is about "immunosuppressant" so i need help in writing up my introduction and the argument, how do i structure this? it would be great if you could help me out !! :)

In introduction the opening sentence should be about the CONTEXT of the topic,followed by what you are going to say.And conclusion should always be FUTURISTIC.
